Founder & Managing Director
Johann founded Retail Fox and leads the company’s trading operations. He brings years of experience in international trading and distribution, and a clear understanding of how brands, markets and pricing structures interact. His focus is on building supplier and customer relationships that hold up over time.

Leonie Schmitt
Administration / Accounting
Leonie oversees administration, accounting and personnel matters at Retail Fox. She is responsible for invoicing, documentation and internal processes — ensuring that agreed transactions are settled promptly and that our records meet the standards our partners expect.

Albert Flat
Sales — B2C Marketplaces
Albert manages our B2C marketplace channels and oversees the sell-through of our inventory. He handles listings, pricing and availability across the platforms we sell on, and monitors how individual product groups perform in the market. Pricing is managed with the stability of the source market in mind, and any brand or channel requirements attached to the goods are observed throughout.

Felix Zimmer
Head of Logistics
Felix is responsible for logistics at Retail Fox: collection, incoming goods, storage at our warehouse in Rottendorf, dispatch to our customers. Returns management and customer service fall within his remit as well, so the same person oversees goods moving in both directions.
