Terms and Conditions

These terms set out how a contract between you and Retail Fox is formed, what we supply, and what rights you have.

Section 1

Scope #

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all contracts you enter into with [Company], [Street], [Postcode, Town], whether through our online shop or by selling goods to us directly.
  2. We do not accept any conflicting terms put forward by the contracting party unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
  3. A consumer is any natural person entering into a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Section 2

Formation of Contract #

  1. The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is an invitation for you to place an order.
  2. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is formed once we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods.

When we purchase inventory, the sequence is reversed: your product list is the enquiry, and our written purchase offer is the binding offer.

Section 3

Prices and Shipping Costs #

  1. All prices include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise.
  2. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order.
Section 4

Payment Terms #

We accept the following payment methods:

Delivery and Collection #

Section 7

Liability for Defects #

  1. Statutory provisions on liability for defects apply.
  2. For used goods and goods listed as B-stock, any known defects are stated in the product description.
Section 8

Retention of Title #

The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

Section 9

Dispute Resolution #

  1. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  2. We are [not] obliged and [not] willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Section 10

Final Provisions #

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  2. Should any provision be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
